C’est mon dernier coup de cœur musical : <strong>Chvrches</strong>, orthographié avec un v à la place du u, ou plutôt un u à la mode romaine antique, pour faciliter les recherches sur internet.<br />Il s’agit d’un trio écossais d’électro pop récemment formé (2011) par Iain Cook et Martin Doherty aux claviers et programmations et la chanteuse Lauren Mayberry qui, non seulement, est toute mignonne, mais possède une très bonne voix. <br />Avec un premier single sorti l’an passé, « Lies » aux irrésistibles synthés très Gary Numan des débuts, puis un second « The Mother We Share », le groupe vient de sortir un EP, « Recover », dont la pop synthétique fondante et la voix de Lauren annihilent toute velléité de résistance. La messe est dite, j’ai succombé…<br />Le premier album doit paraître d’ici cet automne.
