Sexual Abuse in the Church It seems funny to me that when I fell in love with a priest years ago, a big deal was made of it. In the neighborhood there were people whispering behind my back (and his) and when he was transferred to another parish church, it was rumored that it was because of me. My feelings were honest and all too real. The priests who abuse or have abused children in Europe and everywhere else (it has happened in Argentina too) do have a sex problem. They have to be denied the opportunity to have a personal life, and a wife or girlfriend/boyfriend. Even if they are personable and well liked by their parishioners and they are invited to dinner and parties, a big part of their essence is cut down. They can’t do this or that because of the Celibacy Rule. It is time that the Church came to terms with the sexual issue and did something about it. I would love to see the Church admit the truth: Sex is important, even to priests.

When I was a little girl, he used to buy me 18 Kt. pieces of jewelry. The pieces were studded with rubies. I remember a beautiful small-faced watch from the late 50s and a cross with 3 rubies. Then there was a lovely gold and ruby ring. Once I asked him why and he said that he wanted me to have the best. He had gone through hardships in Europe and now things were going well for him; he wanted to celebrate his success. My father was anti-communist, and the rubies were bright red. The color must have had another meaning for him because he once bought me a thick velvet jacket. Red again.

     Considering they Job nature, i don't think that she might even know what it mean what do we call the shame...becausing there is nothing shamefull then that---l55echyane m9a***...(two days ago) saturday, lately at night, iwnet with some one to his home we had to pick something from there...when we enter the house we found that he's bro is drunk and he's bed is full huh it did carry a heavy body plus just yaaaa salaaaaam :)...she was naked she covered her self after seing us and she went out of the room and she hided in another one, so this is why i am asking this today...
      May be am old style, and see things like my father did, may i be i should i think about evolution too, like all the animals did million years ago like what scientist say, and they are definitly wrong...Really shall i change?!!!

Grippe porcine : l'état d'urgence sanitaire déclaré aux Etats-Unis

De nouveaux cas de personnes atteintes par le virus H1N1 de la grippe porcine ont été signalés dimanche 26 avril. Aux Etats-Unis, le responsable des services de santé de la ville de New York Thomas Frieden a déclaré dimanche que les Centres américains de contrôle et de prévention des maladies (CDC) avaient confirmé que huit étudiants new-yorkais étaient atteints de la grippe porcine. Le bilan est désormais de 20 cas avérés de grippe porcine aux Etats-Unis.

Dimanche, depuis la Maison blanche, le président Obama a souhaité que soit mise en oeuvre une "réponse efficace, énergique, coordonnée" face à la pandémie de grippe porcine. L'Etat d'urgence sanitaire a été déclaré aux Etats-Unis. Cette disposition permet aux autorités locales et fédérales d'accéder plus aisément aux produits nécessaires à la détection et au traitement de la maladie. Par contre, aucun test de détection de la grippe porcine n'a été mis en place pour les voyageurs américains en provenance du Mexique, a indiqué la secrétaire à la sécurité intérieure, Janet Napolitano. "A ce stade, nous ne pensons pas que les faits justifient un contrôle accru des passagers venant du Mexique", a-t-elle déclaré.

"ALERTE MAXIMALE"

Au Mexique, foyer de l'épidémie, cinq nouveaux décès susceptibles d'avoir été provoqués par la grippe porcine ont été enregistrés à Mexico "ces dernières heures", a annoncé dimanche matin le maire, Marcelo Ebrard. "Nos chiffres font état de 73 personnes traitées à l'hôpital, 59 qui en sont sorties, et nous avons cinq décès dans la ville", a déclaré M. Ebrard. M. Ebrard n'a pas précisé si ces cinq décès étaient déjà comptabilisés dans les 61 "cas probables", soumis à des analyses, cités samedi par les autorités fédérales. Un porte-parole du ministère mexicain de la santé a confirmé dimanche que "le bilan se maintient à 20 décès confirmés et 61 probables" pour l'ensemble du pays. "Nous avons des raisons de maintenir une alerte maximale dans notre ville. Les jours qui viennent vont déterminer s'il est possible de contenir la progression de l'épidémie", a poursuivi M. Ebrard, à la télévision. Après la fermeture des écoles, lycées et universités, théâtres et musées, M. Ebrard a annoncé celle des deux zoos municipaux. Ses services vont s'employer à s'assurer de la fermeture des bars de nuit et discothèques.

A l'échelle du pays, ce sont plus de 1300 personnes qui ont été mises ou sont encore sous surveillance médicale dans le pays. Les mesures de prévention contre la contagion se multiplient: la présidence a décrété l'isolement des malades et le droit des autorités à pénétrer "dans tout local" pour lutter contre la contagion, à contrôler les voyageurs, les bagages et les marchandises. L'Eglise catholique de Mexico a annoncé l'annulation des messes de dimanche. Les établissements scolaires et universitaires, fermés depuis vendredi, ne seront pas rouverts avant le 6 mai. La mesure concerne les 20 millions d'habitants de l'agglomération de la capitale, l'Etat mitoyen de Mexico et l'Etat voisin de San Luis Potosi, région du pays la plus touchée par le virus après la mégapole.

"BEAUCOUP PLUS DANGEREUX"

L'Organisation mondiale de la santé considère la situation "sérieuse" et "imprévisible" et "évolue vite". La maladie touche "des jeunes adultes en bonne santé", et la mutation du virus est inédite, "dans des gênes jamais rencontrés auparavant" selon l'OMS. Dimanche, lors d'une conférence de presse, le vice-président de l'organisation n'a pas caché qu'il fallait envisager les hypothèses les plus inquiétantes : "Il est fort possible que le virus évolue. Quand les virus évoluent, il est clair qu'ils peuvent devenir beaucoup plus dangereux pour la population", a-t-il dit.

La situation au Mexique est observée avec attention par toutes les capitales mondiales, qui craignent une propagation de l'épidémie à travers les transports de population. La Nouvelle-Zélande a annoncé dimanche que dix lycéens, de retour d'un voyage au Mexique, étaient "probablement" atteints de la grippe porcine, sans que ce soit confirmé définitivement. Au Canada et en Espagne, on compte désormais six cas confirmés. En France, quatre cas suspects sont à l'étude. En Ecosse, deux personnes présentant des symptômes de grippe et ayant récemment séjourné au Mexique ont été placées en observation. Enfin, en Israël, selon la radio publique, des examens médicaux sont pratiqués sur une personne revenant du Mexique et qui présente des symptômes grippaux.

here i come again, forgot to took my phone with me to germany , it wouldn't work even i took it with me , cause i don't have an international line, many people did miss me some thought that i was lost , :) am not posting this to talk about germany and things ,,,

yesternight i were updating my blog, it took me 5 hours to be done , and what took much time was the video on the right side , it was the greata trip i had in 2008. when i am done with the blog , i went to see neighbor's blogs , some how they can be usefull for me , cause you can get much ideas to make a good blog , with different windows that give a sight to many things , they could be important as they could be bulllshit, what i read yesterday is a post made by an asian girl , it's about place where you we i live , she said if you have 10 reasons or 10 things that u dislike about your place , so move on pick a distination and change the way you are the way you live . when i read this i did laugh too much , not about the post but about my self , cause i have many reasons but 10, didn't count them but i will wrotte and share them , so i am sure that am having 10 resons and plus so should i choose ma distination? should i leave this place?,

Morocco announced it was recalling its ambassador from Spain in response to a planned visit to the North African enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla by Spain's king and queen. A look at the history behind the dispute:

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? Spain's royal palace announced King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia are to visit two Spanish enclaves on Morocco's Mediterranean coast that the North African kingdom calls "occupied territories." Morocco has long contested Spain's claim over Ceuta and Melilla and has appealed to Spain to discuss the issue. Spain insists the two cities — which have been under its control for more than four centuries — are unquestionably Spanish and has consistently ruled out any talks on their status. Morocco indefinitely recalled its ambassador from Spain for consultation in apparent protest over the two-day royal visit, which is slated to take place early next week.

WHERE ARE THESE ENCLAVES? Ceuta, a tiny peninsula in the western Mediterranean, is across the Straight of Gibraltar from mainland Spain. Melilla is about 185 miles east of Ceuta, near Morocco's border with Algeria.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? Morocco didn't say how long the ambassador would remain home. In 2002, the two sides clashed after a handful of Moroccan gendarmes set up camp on Isla Perejil, or Parsley Island, a 0.58-square mile rocky outcrop off the Moroccan coast that Spain claims it has owned for centuries. Sofia
the cultural and administrative capital of Bulgaria is an ancient city becoming more and more international. This city of more than one million people has become a delightful gateway to an undeservedly little-known country.

The jumble of cultures and religions as well as the ethnic tolerance of the society is reflected by the capital city of Sofia. A short walk in the centre from the marketplace is the Byzantine Church of St. George, which itself sits atop the ruins of the Roman settlement here. Nearby is the Banya Bashi Mosque, the largest in Bulgaria. Around the corner is the Sofia Synagogue, the largest Sephardic Synagogue in Europe.

Near all of this are scattered dozens of cultural institutions – theaters, museums, universities, opera and concert halls that would welcome the SIETAR-ians and gladly give a home to their next congress.

The results of Sweden’s general election, though revolutionary wasn’t much of surprise. In the days leading to election, it was increasingly getting clear that incumbent Social Democrats party will be ousted from government. The party, led by Prime Minister Goran Persson has been in power continuously for past 12 years. It was overthrown yesterday, by the centre-right alliance under the leadership of Fredrik Reinfeldt, who is set to become the new prime minister.

He compared them to the British appeasers of Hitler before WWII. I did a left-wing radio call-in show after the speech in which the callers accused Rumsfeld of calling them pro-Nazi for opposing President Bush on the war. Of course Rumsfeld was suggesting no such thing. But it is worth reviewing the history and meaning of appeasement -- both for those who hurl the charge and for those who are charged.

Secretary-General Kofi Annan has called for the immediate deployment of a 15,000-strong peace-keeping force in the southern Lebanese stronghold of Hezbollah. However, the European Union, which endorses the idea, has been slow to respond, with the notable exception of Italy, which immediately pledged up to 3,000 troops. French President Jacques Chirac managed to come up with an initial offering of all of 200 troops. Now, that's leadership for you from the man who once talked about "balancing" the United States on the world scene.
