• Is it possible to upgrade my subscription during its duration?

Answer

You must be logged in in order to upgrade your subscription during its duration.

1. Click on the heading Account and then on Your subscription.

If you are a Classic user:

1. Choose the Pro offer then click on the button I choose this subscription.
2. Choose the length of your subscription to the service and then enter your billing informations and click on Continue.
3. Verify the informations for your renewal by choosing your payment methods. The remaining time of your Classic subscription will be deducted from the price of your new subscription. Your discount is calculated as following: ([Price of the Classic subscription]/[number of months of selected period])x(number of FULL months remaining in your old Classic subscription).

After you checkout your order, your new subscription will be immediately active.

If you are a Free user:

1. Choose the Classic or Pro offer then click on the button I choose this subscription.
2. Choose the length of your subscription to the service and then enter your billing informations and click on Continue.
3. Verify the informations for your renewal by choosing your payment methods.

After you checkout your order, your new subscription will be immediately active.

You will be always able to change your subscription, whenever you like.
