- Which ones are the different author types? What are their permissions?
When inviting someone to write on your blog, you can offer him/her one of the following three roles:
- Author: the invited author will have access (from his own administration area) to the headingsPosts and Statistics of your blog.
- Senior Author: the invited author will have access (from his own administration area) to the headingsPosts, Lists, Albums and Statistics of your blog.
- Administrator : the invited author will have access (from his own administration area) to the headingsPosts, Lists, Albums, Design, Control Panel and Statistics of your blog.
Having the access to a heading means that the person has access to all the functions of the heading itself. For this reason, an invited author will have exactly the same permissions you have about publishing and managing posts and comments.
