Answers

You can renew your subscription whenever you like within your subscription period. We suggest you not to wait for renewing until the last subscription day in order to avoid any kind of service interruption.

You must be logged_in in order to renew your subscription.

1. Click on the heading Account and then on Your subscription.
2. If you just want to renew your current subscription click on the button I choose this subscription.
   • If you wish to upgrade your subscription, click here.
   • If you wish to downgrade your subscription, click here.
3. Choose the length of your subscription to the service and then enter your billing informations and click on Continue.
4. Verify the informations for your renewal by choosing your Means of payment.

After you checkout your order, your new subscription will be immediately active and the time of the new subscription will be added to the remaining time of the current one.
