Downgrading my subscription during its duration
- Is it possible to downgrade my subscription during its duration?
You must be logged in in order to downgrade your subscription during its duration.
- Click on the heading Account and then on Your subscription.
If you're a "Pro" user:
- Choose the Classic offer then click on the button I choose this subscription.
- Choose the length of your subscription to the service and then enter your billing informations and click on Continue.
- Verify the informations for your renewal by choosing your payment methods. The remaining time of your Pro subscription will be added to your new Classic subscription but the difference between the higher and the lower price cannot be refunded for technical reasons. We suggest you to downgrade your subscription when the Pro subscription has ended not to waste your money.
After you checkout your order, your new subscription will be immediately active.
If you're a "Classic" or "Pro" user who subscribed via one of our partners:
- Choose the offer you prefer among those ones offered by our partner and then click on the button I choose this subscription.
- Choose the length of your subscription to the service and then enter your billing informations and click on Continue.
- Verify the informations for your renewal by choosing your payment methods. No refound can be payed, for technical reasons. We suggest you to downgrade your subscription when your current subscription has ended not to waste your money.
